Here you have it: A perfectly patterned wedding stationery wardrobe – fit for two crazy kids planning an election-themed beach wedding in May!

We “elected” *winkwink* to do computer calligraphy on wrap around sticker-backed mailing labels. The design straddles the edge of the envelope. The return address on the back and the delivery address is on the front with the postage stamp. This is a fabulous way to utilize dark colored mailing envelopes. Not only that, it adds another layer of interest to the entire suite. At first glimpse, it says “F-U-N!” 

As you move through this wedding invitation suite: First you see dots and swirls. Then you see flowers. Dots and swirls on the mailing label above. Flowers on the envelope liner below. We continue this rhythmic pattern throughout their wedding stationery wardrobe. Dots and Swirls, Flowers. Dots and Swirls, Flowers. Dots and Swirls, Flowers….

Maggie and Trevor decided to bring Navy into the game by using a Navy pouchette as the inner envelope. So here we are – the belly band tells their love story! Such a cute touch. Here we incorporate dots with swirls right after the flowers on the envelope liner. The belly band is wrapped around the navy pouchette for a very good reason!

Tell their story… pull the belly band off to unveil the “ADAMS-HANGER ’09″ campaign theme! HOORAY!

As a side note on inner envelope addressing: We are going to use computer calligraphy on both the mailing label as well as the pouchette label (inner envelope!) to indicate who in the family is invited. In so other words it could say The Jarvis Family on the outer envelope and on the inner envelope she indicates only Sarah and Joe are invited. Not Joe’s parents, or his sister Debby. If they had kids and Maggie wanted them on the list – she could write in the children’s names on the inner pouchette label “Sarah, Joe, Emily and Charles.”

Flip over the pouchette, open it up and inside you find… Their Wedding Invitation! We blew up the scale of the swirls featured on the mailing label for the background of the invitation. I *HEART* image repetition! Using the same image in different scale is so totally pleasing to my psyche…

Behind the wedding invitation within the pouchette is a Weekend Festivities card. I like to include the web address on this page which indicates further details can be found by logging on. This keeps excess calls from rolling in to the bride and groom from wedding guests.

The RSVP and RSVP Envelope pull together all the various elements within their wedding suite. We have swashes, swirls, flowers and the campaign theme woven together into the same piece.

The program for the ceremony is simple – the logo incorporates the flower image and some swirls.

They have full intention of using the FUN campaign logo throughout the reception in button form, on escort cards and anywhere else they see fit. I understand that stickers have been ordered – and lapel buttons are on their way!

And last but not least – we have a pretty little thank you note finishes of the suite – This note does not actually say “Thank you” is simply has their initials. This way, leftovers may be used at a later date as personal stationery. Besides, Maggie is having their photo taken holding a “Thank you” Parasol. They plan to place that photo within the folded card.
