I know, I know – it isn’t your glimmering set of All-Clad. By no means are electric skillets (aka electric frying pans) glamorous or something you’ll display with pride on your countertop. But I tell you what … they are really, really handy!

I happen to have the Black and Decker fry pan but I must confess I use my Mother-in-Law’s Cuisinart electric skillet whenever I am in Knoxville and I ADORE IT!!! The extra width, depth and capacity makes it a big WINNER in my *very favorite appliance* category. You’ll love the easy clean-up for one pan meals.
