I've just never lived anywhere that is cool enough to withstand the heat out-put. In Santa Fe, it would be great in the winter, but most of our houses don't have air conditioning and I just couldn't stand having something that is adding heat to my house. What will I do??? Hands down, the best roast and Yorkshire pudding come from an AGA. I can't imagine having one in this Texas heat, but someday I'll have one in our KY farm house!
